When you hosted a session in the past, people could only book the next available call slot in your queue. If later times were open, they wouldn't become available until after all the earlier ones were taken. The reason for this was to help you avoid having scattered bookings throughout your session with long gaps in between.
Based on feedback we received, we realized that while many hosts liked the guaranteed efficiency of our booking system, other hosts wanted a way to give people the flexibility to select specific time slots in their sessions. Therefore, we got right to work and are now excited to release Flex Booking which, as its name suggests, gives people flexibility by allowing them to select the specific call slot that works best with their schedule from a list of all available times in the session.
