In this short article, we will illustrate how to check your audio and video settings when you are in a Chatalyze group event.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon on your screen.
- Check to make sure your Audio Input, Audio Output, and Video Input are set correctly. You can toggle your settings by clicking the dropdown menus and selecting the different input and output options you have available.
Please note that the microphone icon should fill in green when you speak and you should see your video thumbnail if your devices are working correctly. If either of these are not working, try changing your settings or exiting and re-entering the event.
